We only post our dogs on here once we’re ready to start taking applications for them. To see what dogs we may have in rescue, please visit our Facebook page as we post “real time” via social media. We’re a small rescue & only adopt out in our driving radius which is about 250 miles from Jacksonville, FL (although we have been known to drive just a wee bit further for the most perfect homes. Key words: wee bit).

You can download the adoption form in 2 different formats…whichever works best for you. Fill out the application and send it to PapillonPals@comcast.net . You may need to download, print, fill out, scan & then send back to me. Please let us know if you have any issues.

Please be aware we can only accept email inquiries and must ask that you allow 24 to 48 hours for a response. No phone calls please. Each of our foster homes is completely on a volunteer basis and have a huge responsibility to the dogs that are placed in their care as well as to their own families. Thank you for your understanding!
