Our Mission Statement
Papillon Pals Rescue, Inc. (Papillon Pals) is a 501(c)(3) not for profit charity organization, committed to saving and enhancing the lives of abandoned, abused and neglected small and toy breed dogs. Through the tireless work of our volunteers and peer organizations we:
· Rescue
· Rehabilitate
· Relocate dogs into homes with people who will love them the rest of their lives.
Papillon Pals educate the public about:
· The benefits of spaying and neutering.
· Maintaining up-to-date vaccinations for their pets in compliance with local laws.
· Consequences of purchasing dogs through pet stores and backyard breeders, while
promoting the adoption of rescued dogs as a better alternative.
Papillon Pals Rescue, Inc. believes every dog has the right to a safe home and good nutrition, as well as, a caregiver who will love the dog for the remainder of its natural life.
